This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team that prides itself on delivering exceptional service to clients across a range of sectors, including care and legal.The Role:As a key member of the support team, you will provide high-quality remote IT support to a diverse client base. You'll manage incoming queries, troubleshoot technical issues, and take full ownership of tickets through to resolution using industry-standard PSA and RMM tools.Key Responsibilities: Deliver efficient and professional remote IT supportManage and resolve support tickets within agreed SLAsConfigure and maintain Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange, SharePoint, Azure AD, Endpoint Manager)Install and configure Windows 11 and mobile devicesTroubleshoot a wide range of technical issues, including email and client configurationMaintain accurate documentation of work carried outPromote and adhere to cyber security best practicesSkills & Experience Required: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Office apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel)Experience with Windows OS installation and software configurationFamiliarity with troubleshooting tools such as Event Viewer and Command PromptExcellent communication skills with a customer-focused approachAbility to take ownership of issues and see them through to resolutionWhat's on Offer: Company pension schemePrivate healthcare and dental cover25 days holiday + bank holidaysCar and phone allowanceCycle-to-work schemeRegular company events Due to the office location, a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle is essential.
