Korean speaking GTM Senior Product Manager
Our client, a global blue chip consumer electronics company, is looking for Korean speaking GTM Senior Product Manager who will be part of a high-performing team at the forefront of transforming the direct-to-consumer(D2C) landscape.

With a focus on growth, customer satisfaction, and excellence, this role offers the unique opportunity to influence key business decisions and play a pivotal role in delivering our vision. You will be joining a newly formed D2C Planning team focusing on the Mobile Experience(MX) portfolio, covering Mobile phone, Tablet and Wearable categories. This role plays a pivotal part in driving product launch excellence, strategic projects and sales, ensuring full cross functional alignment across all its European D2C teams.
[Key Responsibilities]
(1) Product Launch Leadership: Lead the enhancement and execution of the global MX product launch strategy across Mobile phone, Tablet and Wearable. Define methods and procedures for new product launches ensuring localisation for each European market while maintaining alignment with HQ.
(2) Strategic Planning & Decision Making: Develop EU roadmaps and determine the most effective approaches for execution. Exercise sound judgement to evaluate multiple complex variables and trade-offs providing recommendations that balance commercial, operational and customer experience needs.
(3) Project and Functional Leadership: Act as functional lead on strategic MX focused projects and product launches, leading cross functional workstreams and ensuring alignment of project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Set clear procedures to ensure successful execution, accountability and post launch evaluation.
(4) Lifecycle Management: Lead end-to-end product lifecycle planning using professional concepts and data driven insights to resolve issues and identify opportunities for growth. Ensure all launches align with the D2C vision, timelines, and business objectives.
(5) Cross Functional Collaboration: Represent EO D2C in communications between HQ and subsidiaries. Exercise influence and authority in steering stakeholders toward common objectives often requiring broad perspective thinking and innovative problem solving.
(6) Innovation & Challenge: Take a broad perspective to identify new solutions for the MX portfolio, proactively challenging conventional approaches and embedding “never been done before” ideas into business strategy.
(7) Performance Evaluation and Insights: Lead in-depth evaluations of launch KPIs and strategic initiatives, providing insights and recommendations that shape future roadmaps and influence senior decision making.
(8) Regional Relevance: Champion EO led initiatives by shaping locally relevant solutions to global strategies. Ensure the European voice is represented in global forums and that local consumer needs are embedded into launch excellence.
(9) Control Tower Role: Act as central coordination point, defining processes and ensuring alignment with HQ and EU Regional RPMs to set direction and remove execution barriers.
(10) Sales Management: Drive sales performance of MX products across D2C Channels by setting and tracking sales objectives, developing regular performance reports and dashboards, and providing actionable insights that align with product launches, promotional strategies, and overall business goals across Europe markets.
(11) Reporting and Insights: Contribute to regular and ad-hoc reporting across products categories, ensuring accuracy, timeline, and relevance. Collaborate with colleagues across the planning team to generate meaningful insights that inform decision-making and support strategic priorities.

[Requirements]
(1) Must be fluent in both Korean & English
(2) Experience in business innovation, project management, campaign management in large, complex organisations.
(3) Strong attention to detail, highly organised, with a track record of delivering complex, cross market projects.
(4) Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
(5) Proven ability to influence diverse stakeholders across functions and regions.
(6) Commercially savvy with strong creative judgement and the ability to shape integrated marketing strategies.
(7) Skilled communicator able to distill complex ideas into clear, actionable plans.
[Conditions]
(1) Job location: Chertsey, Surrey (on-site car park & free shuttle from/to Weybridge rail station)
(2) Job type: full-time & ongoing contract
(3) Hours of work: 37.5 hour per week (hybrid working: 2 days work from home)
(4) Basic salary: depending on experience
