Korean speaking Sales Administrator
K-People Europe is a recruitment consultancy specialized in Korean speaking jobs with a dedicated Korean recruitment consultant working in London since 2007.
Our client, a global blue chip company, is looking for a Korean speaking Sales Administrator.
The company is running a single ERP system globally to process all business transactions so an understanding of ERP structure will be highly desirable for this job.
[Key Responsibilities]
(1) Sales Operations & Contract Management
- Manage end-to-end ERP sales transactions including quotations, contracts, purchase orders, invoicing, and project completion
- Process and register sales leads in the sales system and maintain accurate customer contact information
- Create and manage sales-related documentation such as quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and contracts
- Manage contracts and invoicing processes for Samsung customers, including billing follow-ups
- Understand internal solutions, pricing structures, and team sales targets while tracking individual sales performance
(2) Financial Reporting & Forecasting
- Perform monthly closing activities including customer invoicing and supplier payments
- Forecast monthly and annual sales revenue, profit, and overall business performance
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and yearly sales and business performance reports using Excel
- Support project leads in developing robust financial plans aligned with business objective and KPIs
- Analyze variances between actuals, budget, and forecast, providing commentary and actionable insights.
(3) Stakeholder Coordination & Administrative Support
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including procurement teams, HQ, vendors, and customers to ensure timely project delivery and resolve sales-related issues
- Actively engage with vendors and customers to support efficient sales operations and project execution
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparation and presentation of necessary documentation
[Requirements]
(1) Must be advanced level for Excel(formula, pivot table, v-Lookup)
(2) Experience of ERP(preferably SAP) system is an advantage
(3) Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise and disseminate a significant amount of numbers & data
(4) Must be able to commute to Weybridge regularly
[Conditions]
(1) Job location: Weybridge, Surrey (on-site car park & free shuttle from/to Weybridge rail station)
(2) Job type: full-time & 1 year contractor(subject to be extended)
(3) Hybrid: 2 days work from home after probation
(4) Hours of work: 9am~5:30pm
(5) Salary: 30~40K (depending on experience)
