CRO Specialist

We are looking for a data-driven CRO Specialist to own and deliver the conversion rate optimisation programme within the SEO & Performance function at K3 Advisory Group. You will run an always-on experimentation model, managing the testing roadmap across landing pages, forms, user journeys, and CTAs to improve conversion rates, lead quality, and revenue impact. Working with the Performance, SEO, and Web teams, you will bring together behavioural analytics, user insight, and commercial data to identify opportunities and validate improvements.

Functional Responsibilities

• You will own the CRO optimisation roadmap - building the experimentation plan, prioritising opportunities by revenue impact, and forecasting growth through quarterly-planned development releases, a live testing backlog and executive reporting.

• You will map the end-to-end funnel, from acquisition (PPC, paid social, organic search, direct and referral) through engagement (landing pages, content, resource downloads) to conversion (forms, bookings, consultations) - turning each stage into a revenue opportunity.

• You will run an always-on experimentation programme, testing everything from layouts, navigation, forms and CTAs to messaging, headlines, social proof, offer positioning and progressive profiling.

• You will lead experimentation reporting, building data-driven hypotheses, running statistical analysis and delivering clear test read-outs the business can act on.

• You will dig into behavioural analytics - heatmaps, session recordings, form analytics, surveys and voice-of-customer insight - to uncover what's really driving, or blocking, conversion.

• You will optimise landing pages through audits, message-match reviews, page hierarchy and CTA and mobile experience improvements.

• You will apply conversion psychology and persuasion principles - trust, authority, urgency, social proof and cognitive load reduction - translating them into copy recommendations and UX deliverables.

• You will work closely with the UX and web development teams, feeding into the bi-weekly sprint roadmap and playing an active role in QA and sign-off.

KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES

• Delivery - experimentation roadmap, always-on tests and web development bi-weekly release schedule

• Conversion rate uplift, pipeline uplift, revenue uplift, lead quality improvements

• Decrease in drop-off rates and channel funnel CVR rates, driving improved CPL/CAC

• Coverage - test velocity, win rate, friction points identified, user insight generated, opportunity discovery

• Landing page CVR, form completion rate, bounce rate
