ICT Apprentice
Are you looking to kick-start your career in IT and gain real-world experience in a technical environment? We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Infrastructure Apprentice to join our growing team in Bolton.
Role
- Assist with the installation, configuration and maintenance of IT hardware and software.
- Support users with technical issues across desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices.
- Help monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
- Carry out routine system maintenance and software updates.
- Assist with user account creation, password management and access permissions.
- Support cloud-based services, including Microsoft 365 and business applications.
- Learn about network infrastructure, servers, virtualisation and cybersecurity.
- Maintain IT documentation and update asset management records.
Training
Your earnings can increase over time with an apprenticeship.
Successful completion of the apprenticeship may lead to a permanent full-time role, subject to performance and business needs.
