Role

As an ICT Apprentice, you’ll become an essential part of the IT team, supporting staff, equipment, and systems across the organisation. You’ll learn how to diagnose and resolve technical issues, maintain hardware, support software installations, and understand how networks operate.

Some of the tasks you’ll get involved with include:

  • Providing 1st Line Technical Support to users
  • Setting up, configuring, and maintaining PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and printers
  • Troubleshooting Windows, Microsoft 365, and common business applications
  • Supporting the setup and maintenance of networks, Wi-Fi systems, and user accounts
  • Logging support requests and keeping documentation up to date
  • Assisting senior technicians with IT projects and rollouts
  • Travelling between sites when required (driver preferred)

Training

The successful candidate may be chosen to have a full-time role after completing their apprenticeship.
