ICT Apprentice

Role
- Providing first-line IT support to internal users, both in person and remotely
- Assisting with diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Supporting network maintenance and basic infrastructure tasks
- Logging and tracking support tickets while ensuring timely resolution
- Helping to maintain IT documentation and procedures
Training
- The successful candidate may be chosen to have a full-time role after completing their apprenticeship
