ICT Apprentice

Role

  • Providing first-line IT support to internal users, both in person and remotely
  • Assisting with diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
  • Supporting network maintenance and basic infrastructure tasks
  • Logging and tracking support tickets while ensuring timely resolution
  • Helping to maintain IT documentation and procedures

Training

  • The successful candidate may be chosen to have a full-time role after completing their apprenticeship
