IT Apprentice
We are searching for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our IT department. As an IT Apprentice, you will assist with day-to-day technical support, help maintain hardware and software systems, and learn how to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Role
- Provide first-line support for IT queries
- Assist with installing and configuring hardware and software
- Help maintain and monitor network systems
- Support cybersecurity practices and data protection compliance
- Update IT documentation and asset records
- Assist with system upgrades and new technology implementation
- Provide administrative support including data reporting
Training
- The successful candidate may be chosen to have a full-time role after completing their apprenticeship
