Job Role:
We re hiring a Senior SEO Executive who already understands SEO fundamentals and now wants ownership, responsibility, and progression.
This is not a junior or trainee role. This is a delivery-focused SEO position where performance matters.
Core Responsibilities
You will be responsible for executing and improving SEO performance across client accounts, including:
SEO Strategy & Execution
• Conduct advanced keyword and intent research (transactional, informational, navigational)
• Optimise on-page content for rankings, UX, and conversion
• Support GEO & AEO-ready content (structured content, entity alignment, topical authority)
• Implement internal linking strategies that improve crawlability and authority flow
Technical & Performance SEO
• Identify and resolve SEO issues using tools such as:
• Google Search Console
• Google Analytics (GA4)
• Ahrefs / SEMrush
• Screaming Frog
• Work with developers and designers to ensure SEO best practices are baked into builds
Authority & Growth
• Support and execute ethical link-building and authority strategies
• Align off-page activity with commercial client goals
• Monitor algorithm changes and adapt strategies accordingly
Reporting & Insight
• Track rankings, traffic, and performance trends
• Translate data into clear insights and actions
• Produce reports that explain what happened, why, and what s next
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Essential:
• Minimum 2 years SEO experience (agency or in-house)
• Strong understanding of: On-page SEO, Search intent, Content optimisation
• Confident with core SEO tools (GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog)
• GCSEs Grade C / 4 or above in Maths and English
• Strong attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Commercial awareness (you understand why SEO matters)
