T Role: ServiceNow Developer (SC Cleared)

Location: UK (London / Manchester / Ipswich and willing to travel on need basis )

We are looking for a UK-based, SC-cleared ServiceNow Developer with experience across ITSM, ITOM, and AI-driven capabilities. The role involves designing, developing, and enhancing ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on automation and intelligent workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customise ServiceNow modules across ITSM and ITOM
• Implement integrations and automation using ServiceNow and AI capabilities
• Support platform enhancements, incident/problem management improvements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions

Skills Required:

• Strong ServiceNow development experience (ITSM, ITOM)
• Exposure to AI/automation use cases within ServiceNow
• Experience with integrations, workflows, and scripting
• Active SC clearance (mandatory)
