- 5+ years experience developing on ServiceNow
- Experience of at least 1 implementation Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR)
- Experience with analysing and understanding complex, custom ServiceNow environments
- Experience running technical workshops, creating technical designs and recommending solutions aligned to ServiceNow best practice SecOps implementation
