Cloud Platform Engineering Lead / DevOps Lead

We are seeking a hands-on Cloud Platform Engineering Lead to design, build and operate secure, automated cloud platform capabilities. You will enable product teams to deliver API-first services rapidly and reliably, while balancing deep technical work with coaching and engineering leadership.

• Design, build, and operate platform capabilities using Infrastructure-as-Code and modern CI/CD.
• Embed secure-by-design principles from architecture to runtime.
• Define and manage SLOs/SLIs; drive observability, performance tuning, and automation.
• Promote API-first delivery, creating reusable patterns and golden paths.
• Mentor engineers and actively contribute to communities of practice.

• Proven experience delivering large-scale, fault-tolerant systems and setting SLOs/SLIs.
• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Harness, Jenkins, Spinnaker).
• Expertise in containers & orchestration (Kubernetes) and service mesh technologies (e.g., Istio).
• Strong understanding of API design & security (REST/OpenAPI, mTLS, authN/Z).
• Scripting proficiency in Bash, PowerShell, or Python.

GKE (Mandatory), Cloud Load Balancing, Cloud Armor, Istio, Stackdriver, Jenkins, Apigee

• Experience with Harness, HashiCorp Vault, Dynatrace, Docker/buildah, NodeJS for API tooling.
• Relevant Azure or GCP certifications.
