Data Quality Manager to support our UK Banking client. This role will focus on ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across the UK Business, enabling smooth operation of banking services and controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce and uphold the data quality governance framework across the organization.
• Define and maintain data quality rules addressing key business data and data risks.
• Perform root cause analysis of systemic and recurring data quality issues.
• Identify and assess thematic data quality issues impacting the UK business.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Data Management, Risk, and Business functions to drive continuous improvement in data standards and processes.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in Data Quality Management, Data Governance, or Data Risk roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience within banking or financial services preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and business units.
