  • Strong understanding of networking (ingress, load balancing, DNS) and storage frameworks (PVs, dynamic provisioning).
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub, ArgoCD, etc.
  • Strong understanding of HA, scalability, and security in cloud-native environments.
  • Proven experience migrating workloads/applications to OpenShift or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in automation and scripting: Bash, Python, Ansible, Terraform.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Red Hat OpenShift certifications (RHCSA/OCP Specialist).
  • Experience with multi-cluster or hybrid-cloud OpenShift deployments.
  • Familiarity with monitoring & logging tools (oTel, Grafana, Splunk stack).
  • Knowledge of OpenShift Operators and Helm charts.
