Project Manager - MSL services

Role:Project Manager

Design, Stakeholder management,Project coordination

  • Resource must have 10 years + strong experience in MSL services and understand the technology
  • Understands the design complexities , challenges and dependency
  • Understands NIA( Network impact assessment) Evaluates bandwidth, firewall, and Wi-Fi/wired needs (e.g., Surface Hubs)
  • Knowledge on the Cisco devices, MTR and Surface Hub
  • Strong exposure and deliver BAU segment for Meeting rooms services across sites and multiple projects simultaneously without customer’s escalation
  • Understands and Assess site readiness and ensure infrastructure alignment
  • Must have sound knowledge of Jira and sharepoint
  • Must have in depth experience to work on multiple stakeholders and projects
  • Must have worked on complex rooms setup and coordination
  • Worked on Snow
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have end to end project life cycle experience
  • Understands and worked on the full journey of delivering a Smart Room or AV-integrated workspace, managed end-to-end by MSL—from initial intake through to post-go-live support and operational handover
  • Understand and captures the business needs as BA and/or technology need for a new Smart Room, workspace, or AV solution.
  • Have understanding of high level budgets and control points. coordinates funding approval and works with Finance on payment routing, including local entity support.
  • Understand the approvals and toll gate tracking mechanisms
  • Must understand and experienced on third party coordination, alignment and risk management
  • Must understand procurement /finance management
  • Good with onboarding and documentation

Responsibilities:

  • Walk through the MSL Tech Standards & Design Guide.
  • Capture room dimensions, layout, and site photos.
  • Document intended use cases.
  • Identify early AV needs such as Surface Hubs, Teams Panels, and digital signage.
  • Engage vendor partner PMs early for alignment and coordination.
  • Knowledge of Surface Hubs
  • Knowledge of how Room booking panels works
  • AV/Teams Room systems understanding
  • Support teams on Backend Tech Prep
  • Understands Deployment playbooks
  • Create commissioning plans
  • White glove support steps as required for complex, critical sites
  • Surface Hub / Teams Panel pre-staging
  • Approval gates (e.g., design sign-off, funding confirmation)
  • Coordinate Final technical sign-off
  • End-user communications and stakeholder engagement.
  • Training on Teams Room and panel usage.
  • Local IT enablement and “train-the-trainer” approach
