Solution Architect – Digital Analytics & CDP Specialist
Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Digital Analytics & CDP Specialist with extensive expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Customer Data Platforms (CDP). The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with data collection, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation across multiple marketing and advertising platforms. The goal is to deliver personalized, data-driven customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Data Platform (CDP) & Adobe Experience Platform (AEP):
- Manage data ingestion workflows via AEP Data Collection UI / Adobe Launch and map collected data to XDM schemas.
- Build and maintain a Unified Customer Profile by stitching anonymous and known identifiers using Identity Service.
- Create and activate audience segments using AEP Real-time CDP and Segment Builder.
- Enable cross-channel audience activation by integrating with destinations such as Google Ads 360, DSPs, ESPs, and other ad/marketing platforms.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data flows (Website/App > Tag/SDK > AEP ingestion > Segmentation > Activation).
Segmentation & Audience Activation:
- Design and implement audience strategies for personalization, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
- Apply concepts like frequency capping, sequential conditions, and orchestrate cross-channel journeys.
- Troubleshoot low match rates or sync delays with platforms such as Google Ads 360 by validating identity mappings, hashing, and consent alignment.
Digital Analytics & Measurement:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to define customer journeys (awareness > acquisition > conversion > retention).
- Monitor and optimize campaign KPIs (CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS, Engagement).
- Build dashboards and calculated metrics in Adobe and analytics platforms for stakeholder reporting.
- Enable measurement of activated audiences to evaluate campaign impact and drive ROI.
Tags, Tracking & Data Governance:
- Implement and manage tags, SDKs, and tracking pixels using tools like Adobe Launch and Google Tag Manager.
- Ensure behavioral data is properly captured and mapped into the CDP.
- Support GDPR, consent management, and governance practices within AEP to ensure compliant data usage.
Integrations & APIs:
- Manage integrations between AEP and ad platforms (Google Ads 360, Facebook, DSPs), ESPs, and analytics tools.
- Leverage AEP APIs for audience and data management workflows.
