Solution Architect – ServiceNow
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the technical design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have strong architecture expertise, hands-on development capabilities, and deep experience across ServiceNow modules and integrations.
Preferred Requirements- ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification
- Experience working with ServiceNow domains
- Work closely with ITMS Process Architects, customer teams, Business Analysts, IT support teams, and other technical groups to ensure ServiceNow implementations are delivered in a controlled and predictable manner.
- Design and document technical architecture, solution design, and user guides.
- Gather requirements, design, develop, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications.
- Provide external client-facing consulting services within a technology-focused practice (e.g., Data/Database, Security, Network, Product, or Technical Architecture).
- Achieve personal utilization and revenue targets through effective delivery and relevant technical skills.
- Communicate effectively in formal settings—proposal presentations, client workshops, and internal events. Develop proposal sections, methodology documents, and written deliverables.
- Design, develop, and maintain custom code across various ServiceNow modules.
- Utilize strong working knowledge of ITIL processes such as CMDB, Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Provide hands-on expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, Service Portal, and Scoped Applications.
- Support iterative configuration of the HRSD application and conduct stakeholder reviews via joint design sessions.
- Apply Agile/SCRUM methodologies throughout project execution.
- Leverage experience with scripting languages including AJAX, Jelly, and PERL.
- Apply strong process management and project management skills.
- Work with BCM (Business Continuity Management) and TPRM (Third Party Risk Management) modules.
