The Role

As Business Systems Lead , you will own the strategic direction, integration, and optimization of enterprise business platforms. This is both a visionary and hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone from a technical background who thrives on transforming technology landscapes while inspiring high-performing teams. Youll oversee mission-critical platforms such as CRM ( Salesforce ), ERP/Finance, ITSM, HRIS, and Billing systems, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and aligned with the business strategy.

Key aspects of the role:

• Shape and execute the enterprise systems strategy to support business growth and digital transformation
• Oversee system architecture, integration, and optimization of CRM, ERP, ITSM, HRIS, and billing platforms
• Lead system transformation projects, including automation, upgrades, and cloud migrations
• Build, mentor, and inspire a team of system administrators, engineers, and developers
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align systems strategy with business objectives and deliver operational excellence
