We’re hiring a Lead Developer to help modernise a large-scale Dynamics 365 and Azure platform used by millions across the UK.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on Dynamics 365 CE, Azure integrations, and modern engineering practices within a heavily invested cloud environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading development across D365 and Azure services
• Building scalable integrations and cloud-native APIs
• Driving engineering standards and CI/CD practices
• Mentoring developers and supporting technical delivery
• Working closely with architects and product teams

What We’re Looking For

• Strong C#/.NET engineering background
• Extensive Dynamics 365 CE experience
• Azure integration and cloud services expertise
• Power Platform / Power Automate experience
• Previous technical leadership or mentoring experience
