The Role
We’re looking for a Lead Developer to drive development across Dynamics 365 CRM and Azure-based integrations, while mentoring engineers and helping shape technical best practices.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead development across D365 CRM, .NET/C#, and Azure services
- Build scalable integrations using Azure Functions, APIs, and Service Bus
- Define coding standards, reusable components, and CI/CD practices
- Collaborate with architects, analysts, and product teams
- Mentor developers and support engineering best practices
Your Experience
- Strong background in C#/.NET software engineering
- Extensive Dynamics 365 CRM development experience
- Hands-on experience with Azure integrations and cloud-native services
- Experience with Power Platform tools including Power Automate
- Previous experience leading engineers or technical workstreams
