The Role

As the IT Systems & Power BI Analyst, you’ll be the go-to person ensuring smooth IT operations while enhancing how the business uses data. From improving system efficiency to designing intuitive dashboards, your work will directly impact productivity and performance.

• Manage and enhance internal IT systems to ensure reliability and scalability

• Design and build Power BI dashboards delivering actionable business insights

• Collaborate across departments to drive process improvements

• Support IT projects that modernize and streamline business systems

• Provide user training and ongoing technical support on Power BI tools

Your Experience

We’re seeking a motivated IT professional who blends technical know-how with a problem-solving mindset. You’ll thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative setting and love finding smarter ways to work with data and technology.

• Strong experience creating Power BI dashboards and reports

• Working knowledge of SQL, JSON, XML, and SAP (Crystal Reports or SAP B1)

• Exposure to Power Apps and Power Automate,

• Experience supporting IT systems, applications, or process improvements

• Excellent communicator with a proactive, adaptable attitude
