What You’ll Be Doing
- Define and own product vision and outcome-based roadmaps
- Lead discovery to uncover real user problems and opportunities
- Prioritise work based on measurable value and impact
- Collaborate with engineering, UX, and third-party vendors to deliver scalable digital products
- Define KPIs and ensure work delivers measurable outcomes
- Champion product thinking across teams and help build product maturity
Early focus areas will include improving core customer journeys, including key onboarding and workflow experiences.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years’ experience as a Product Manager
- Experience in startup, scale-up, or greenfield environments
- Strong discovery skills — able to define problems before solutions
- Experience building real applications (not just websites)
- Comfortable working in Agile software environments
- Experience working with third-party technology vendors
- Confident defining KPIs and measuring product success
- Someone who enjoys helping organisations understand and adopt product thinking
