Product Manager

Job Description

Our client is looking for a Product Manager to join their growing technology function and help build their product capability from the ground up.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager who wants genuine ownership and influence.

If you thrive in startup or greenfield environments, enjoy solving ambiguous problems and want to build rather than inherit, this could be the opportunity for you.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Take genuine ownership of products and product strategy.
  • Shape user journeys and experiences across greenfield initiatives.
  • Introduce and embed product thinking across the wider business.
  • Work on real software applications, including AI and machine learning products, CRM, APIs and SaaS platforms.
  • Help establish and mature a product function that is still evolving.
  • Influence product processes, ways of working and decision-making.
  • Develop towards future Product Lead or Head of Product opportunities as the team grows.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Defining and owning product vision, strategy and outcome-based roadmaps.
  • Leading product discovery to identify customer problems, needs and opportunities.
  • Prioritising product initiatives based on value, impact and commercial outcomes.
  • Collaborating closely with Engineering, UX and third-party technology partners to deliver scalable digital products.
  • Defining product KPIs and measuring success against clear outcomes.
  • Using customer and product insights to inform product decisions.
  • Championing product thinking across the organisation.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who starts with the problem, understands the user and outcome, and then works with the team to determine the right solution.

You’ll ideally have:

  • 3–5 years’ experience working as a Product Manager.
  • Strong product discovery skills and a genuinely user-centric mindset.
  • Experience delivering software applications rather than purely content-led websites.
  • Experience working within Agile product and engineering teams.
  • Experience working with APIs, SaaS products, CRM platforms or other technology-led products.
  • Exposure to AI/ML products or an interest in working within AI-enabled environments.
  • Experience working with third-party technology vendors or partners.
  • Confidence defining KPIs and measuring product success.
  • The ability to bring structure to ambiguity and make informed prioritisation decisions.
  • A passion for introducing and embedding product thinking within growing organisations.

If you’re looking for a role where you can define product direction, work on meaningful software products and position yourself for future product leadership, we’d love to hear from you. Apply today!
