Senior User Experience Designer

We help our end customers use many services across an array of complexities as easily as possible. To continue growing, we are expanding the company’s platform and seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer.

What we offer:

• Salary up to £65,000 + up to 10% bonus

• Hybrid Model (2 day onsite in Manchester office)

Role:

· Take ownership of UX design projects from concept to implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

· Facilitate design workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and solutions.

· Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to gain insights into user behaviours and preferences.

· Develop user personas, user flows, and journey maps to inform design decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.

· Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs for mobile apps, ensuring usability and accessibility standards are met.

· Provide mentorship and guidance to junior UX designers, fostering their professional development and growth.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a UX Designer, preferably within a digital organisation.
• Strong understanding of user research methodologies and experience conducting user research.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of the end-to-end design process, including wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and user-centred design solutions.
