Role
- Facilitate and instigate direct communication online between customers and the team at Key One
- Join daily team and mentor meetings
- Collaborate on upcoming projects
- Write compelling articles on websites and online forums
- Analyses customer data
- Build skills through hands-on tasks and mentoring
- Complete structured learning modules
Training
As part of the level 4 training the Digital Community Manager apprentice will complete at least 6 hours of Off-The-Job-training per week through a mix of self-guided study and provider led sessions.
This may include:
- Attending online meetings with the training provider
- Participating in learning modules
- Gaining knowledge in software development practices relevant to the role and standard
