IT Support Apprentice
Velocity Academy has an exciting new opportunity for an IT Support Apprentice with KFP Total IT Solutions. This is a fantastic role for someone with a genuine interest and passion for IT and technology, along with a solid understanding of PC computing.
Role
- Staging and configuring a variety of retail hardware including workstations, servers, printers, networks and vendor specific hardware and software.
- Building system databases with customer information.
- Repairing equipment when required.
- Logging all support desk interactions in our ticketing system.
- Escalating problems to other departments as needed.
Training
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.
The role offers long-term security and the opportunity to progress into a permanent position.
