Change and Innovation Lead

We're recruiting on behalf of an ambitious financial services organisation looking to appoint an experienced Change & Innovation Lead to drive business transformation and continuous improvement.

This is a varied leadership role where you'll oversee strategic change initiatives, technology transformation and innovation projects, helping the business deliver meaningful improvements while ensuring robust governance and regulatory compliance.

• Lead enterprise-wide change and transformation programmes
• Oversee project governance, prioritisation and reporting
• Drive innovation initiatives, including AI and automation projects
• Ensure successful User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across business change
• Deliver projects on time, within scope and aligned to business objectives
• Work closely with senior stakeholders across Technology, Risk and Operations
• Monitor programme benefits, risks and business readiness

• Significant experience leading change or transformation within financial services
• Strong programme and project management experience
• Knowledge of UAT governance and business change delivery
• Experience implementing innovation, automation or AI initiatives
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership
• Understanding of FCA/PRA regulatory requirements
• Experience with Agile, PRINCE2, MSP or similar methodologies would be beneficial.
