Sales, Support and Administration Apprentice
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic apprentice to join our sales team. This role is suitable for someone starting their career or with some sales experience, looking for development. It's a varied and hands-on role combining sales, sales support and administration duties. Full product and technical training will be provided.

The Role -
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our sales team. This role is suitable for someone starting their career as well as candidates with some sales experience who are looking to develop further.
This is a varied and hands-on role combining sales, sales support and admin duties. Full product and technical training will be provided — no prior AV knowledge is required.
You will work within a busy team environment, helping to generate new business opportunities, support existing customers, and occasionally assist with on-site installations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the sales team with new business enquiries
- Building and maintaining relationships with UK customers
- Assisting in preparing quotations and proposals
- Following up leads and helping identify new sales opportunities
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business
Training
Group training is once a month at WBTC offices in Newbury, alongside day to day training by the employer. Apprentices have a monthly 1-1 training and review meeting with their Training Consultant.
Ongoing training and peronal development is supported and encouraged.
