Applicaton Support Analyst
Retail business seeks an experienced Application Support Analyst to support with every day support tickets in addition to site based technical installations.
This role would suit a support analyst with prior experience with Retail systems.
Work expectations are 5 days in office during your first 3 months while onboarding and then 3-4 days per week in office thereafter.
Key Responsibilities
- Trouble shooting issues with retail software and hardware, via tickets.
- Typically providing L1 and 2 Support with some more complex issues to deal with.
- Looking for root causes or repeated issues and working as part of a team to resolve and escalate these for long term resolution.
- Meeting team SLA and KPI targets.
- Occasionally working onsite to support software and hardware implementations. This would involve planning and organising internal and 3rd party resources, creating an implementation plan and then supporting onsite to deal with any issues on the day.
About you:
- 2+ years prior Application Support / IT Support experience with Software and Hardware found in a Retail setting, supporting retail technology.
- A confident communication style and service oriented approach to issue management and resolution.
- Able to contribute to the knowledge base with good quality documentation.
- Some willingness to travel to site during the month (London and South East).
