SPTS operates across 19 countries in Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific, and offers comprehensive service and spare parts support through a worldwide network of service centers and qualified local agents.Job Description/Preferred QualificationsKey Responsibilities:Electrical / electronic control and interface designElectrical assembly designDesign of electrical enclosures using Solid EdgeWiring harness designAC/DC power distribution circuit designAnalogue and digital circuit designRF Circuit DesignFault finding / problem solvingDesigning critical safety circuits to comply with EN13849Technical report writingProducing engineering drawings, build and test guides.Qualifications and Experience:Minimum Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalentProven experience working in an electrical/electronic design roleStrong understanding of Machinery safety regulations and EU harmonized standards, EN60204, EN13849 essentialUnderstanding of UL/NFPA regulationsDesign of safety circuitsAutoCAD Electrical or equivalent experience3D CAD experience is desiredKey Skills:A flexible work ethic and ability to use initiativeGood analytical and fault finding skillsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to mentor junior engineersAble to work both autonomously and as part of a teamMinimum QualificationsBachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 yearsWe offer a competitive, family friendly total rewards package.
