KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectors. Job Title: Data Protection Coach Location: Remote Salary:  up to £35,000 (Depending on experience and qualifications)Type: Full Time, Permanent Essential Criteria:

• Must have demonstrable experience of mentoring / coaching employees within the workplace.
• Must hold solid occupational competency within Data Protection / Information Governance.
• Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
• Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.

Duties include:

• Managing a caseload of remote learners, you will be responsible for supporting them towards completion of a Level 4 Apprenticeship in Data Protection and Information Governance.
• Delivery of engaging training sessions.
• Manage your diary efficiently to ensure timely assessments and reviews are conducted.
• Support learners to achieve Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs
