Commercial Associate 1-3 PQE

Client

An award winning national law firm are seeking a Commercial Associate to join their office in London.

Role

You will join the firm’s highly successful Commercial advising on a wide range of commercial agreements including technology and IP agreements, software development and licensing matters and IT and outsourcing agreements.

You will work with household-name brands, innovative technology companies and owner-managed businesses across a wide range of matters. Clients are in sectors including technology, life sciences, hospitality, financial services and defence and security.

Candidate

Please apply if you have between 1-3 years PQE in commercial contracts, technology or related commercial work from a well regarded firm. Experience in data protection is also preferred.

Experience in sectors such as life sciences and healthcare, financial services or defence and security would be advantageous but is not essential.
