Commercial Solicitor 2-5 PQE

Client

An award winning Thames Valley law firm are seeking a Commercial Solicitor to join their office in Reading.

Role

You will join the firm’s highly successful Commercial team advising on a wide range of commercial agreements including technology and IP agreements, software development and licensing matters and IT and outsourcing agreements.

You will work with global and international companies, mid-market UK companies and fast growing and entrepreneurial businesses. Clients are in sectors including technology, media, retail and hospitality and leisure sectors.

Candidate

Please apply if you have between 2-5 years PQE in commercial contracts, technology or related commercial work from a well regarded firm. Experience in data protection is also preferred.
