My client are looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Talent Partner to lead hiring across their global locations. This role will focus on building high-performing teams across product, engineering, data, and commercial functions globally. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, owning end-to-end hiring while shaping talent strategy in a fast-scaling, high-growth AdTech environment.

Key hiring areas include:

  • Engineering (Backend, Frontend, Data, Infrastructure)
  • Product Management
  • Data Science / Machine Learning
  • Programmatic & Ad Operations
  • Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success

This role is hybrid working and requires 3 days a week in their London office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leadership (Product, Engineering, Commercial) to define hiring strategies aligned with business goals
  • Own full-cycle recruitment for complex and business-critical AdTech roles
  • Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies for niche talent (programmatic, DSP/SSP, data science, AI/ML)
  • Develop and maintain strong pipelines across global markets
  • Act as a market expert, providing insights on talent trends, competitor landscape, and compensation benchmarking
  • Drive a best-in-class candidate experience across all stages of the hiring process
  • Influence and improve hiring processes, ensuring scalability and efficiency
  • Collaborate with People, HRBP, and leadership on workforce planning
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across hiring practices
  • Mentor and support junior recruiters where applicable

Key Requirements

  • Strong exposure to AdTech, MarTech, or digital media
  • Deep understanding of the AdTech ecosystem (programmatic, DSPs, SSPs, identity, data platforms)
  • Proven track record of hiring senior and hard-to-fill technical and commercial roles
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to influence at leadership level
  • Expertise in sourcing strategies and talent mapping for niche skill sets
  • Data-driven approach to recruitment and decision-making
  • Experience working in fast-paced, scaling environments
