About the company
Our client is an innovative medical technology business. They develop critical point-of-care devices for GP surgeries, intensive care units and specialist hospital departments. In these settings, performance, safety and reliability can't be compromised. Their products help clinicians, extend lives, and are built to work reliably in demanding clinical environments.
The opportunity
As Senior Embedded Software Engineer, you'll own embedded software development across the business and be its software authority. You'll define the software architecture, set development standards, and make sure software quality, documentation and regulatory compliance meet medical-grade requirements.
You'll work closely with the hardware, systems, verification and regulatory teams on products used in hospitals, critical care wards and frontline clinical settings. This is a key role in a growing medical device company, and your decisions will directly affect both product performance and patient outcomes.
