We are KOLO — a PropTech startup incorporated in England & Wales, soon on the App Store, and on a clear path to becoming the leading follow-up tool for independent real estate agents across Europe and North America within the next 12 months.

Our product solves one of the most persistent problems agents face: knowing exactly who to contact today, and having the right message ready to send. KOLO surfaces the right prospect at the right moment, generates contextual outreach copy, and tracks engagement over time — all from a mobile-first interface designed for agents who are always on the move. No CRM to configure. No pipeline to maintain. Just action.

We are opening three positions — one per market — for driven, entrepreneurial individuals to lead acquisition in France, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

— About the role —

You will identify, approach, and convert independent real estate agents across your territory. Agents actively publish their contact information across listing platforms, agency directories, and professional networks — your pipeline is large, accessible, and growing. You work entirely on your own terms: your schedule, your approach, your territory.

Month 1: You receive a curated lead list of 500 qualified contacts and earn 85% of every subscription you close (net of Apple's standard processing fee), giving you maximum income from day one.

From month 2: You build and own your lead lists. Your commission is 75% of every subscription you generate — recurring, compounding, yours.

KOLO offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Annual plans are where the real earning potential lies: a single Pro+ Annual subscription generates up to €150 / £140 / $160 in commission, paid in full within 4 working days. A rep closing one Pro+ Annual per working day earns approximately €3,000/month. The best performers closing two per day exceed €4,500/month — and beyond.

KOLO is a low-ticket, high-value product. The barrier to conversion is low because the problem is real, the solution is immediate, and the price is accessible. Volume is entirely achievable.

— Who we are looking for —

Someone who operates with an entrepreneurial mindset and doesn't need external structure to perform. Someone coachable, who absorbs feedback and improves quickly. Someone who values a clean, ethical sales environment — you will never be pushing a weak product or burning contacts on false promises.

We recruit on personality and drive. Diplomas and prior sales experience are appreciated, not required. We are open to all backgrounds.

· France position: native or C2-level French required. English is a strong asset.

· UK position: native or C2-level English required.

· US position: native or C2-level English required.

This is a self-employed, commission-only engagement. You will operate as an independent contractor and are responsible for your own tax obligations in your jurisdiction.
