As a Business Analyst, you will be part of our Business Solutions team alongside Project Managers, Developers and Data Specialists. Together, the team delivers the platform that underpins our legal and operational services by combining people, process and technology to support large-scale
claims management and client delivery. Our squads are made up of Project Managers, Business Analysts (You!), Software Developers and legal/operational SME's. Squads work together collaboratively to:

You’ll be a confident communicator and collaborator with a results-driven mindset, sound technical skills, and the ability to balance
immediate priorities with long-term capability goals.
You understand that success comes from taking full ownership of platform capability development from analysis through to training and delivery, demonstrating accountability & attention to detail.
You’ll bring fresh ideas & challenge conventional thinking. You’ll need to build strong relationships across teams and with stakeholders, be able to pivot and work in a fast-changing environment to drive successful outcomes with lasting impact.

Role Summary:
As a Business Analyst, you will be part of our Business Solutions team alongside Project Managers, Developers and Data Specialists. Together, the team delivers the platform that underpins our legal and operational services by combining people, process and technology to support large-scale
claims management and client delivery. Our squads are made up of Project Managers, Business Analysts (You!), Software Developers and legal/operational SME's. Squads work together collaboratively to:
- Onboard new claims and support ongoing claim delivery.
- Design, develop and implement new processes.
- Design develop, test and support the implementation and adoption of new platform capability.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for ensuring our legal and operational teams have the platform capability they need to manage our claims and support our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Playing a pivotal role in the delivery squad to define, build and launch new platform capability.
- Defining requirements through short collaborative squad workshops, agreeing what the MVP will be (understanding that delivering something quick that works and can iterate over time is most valuable), create user stories that can deliver usable features in short development sprints, develop test plans, carry out QA testing and support business UAT, support and deliver user training.
- Creating content such as feature explanation decks to explain proposed solutions in (clear non-technical language) & system user guides.
- Managing project risks, dependencies and opportunities.
- Collaborating with the squad lead (PM) and squad business stakeholders to agree platform development priorities.
- Clearly communicating squad platform delivery progress upwards to the squad PM and platform PM.
- Driving continuous improvement through lessons learned, adoption feedback and best practice.
- Acting as a champion for change across the business.

Skills and Experience:
- Proven working experience in Business Analysis where you have worked in small, collaborative cross functional teams.
- Strong experience in building and maintaining collaborative relationships with internal SME’s, senior stakeholders and 3rd party service providers
- Understanding the Software Development Life Cycle and the role of each of the functional teams involved in project delivery.
- Excellent knowledge MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Confluence & Monday (Preferable)
- Knowledge of Salesforce products Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce (advantageous).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to take complex scenarios and to break them into easily understandable deliverables.
- Strong team player with the ability to influence and enable multiple teams.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment with consistently high levels of performance.
- Ability to manage multiple pieces of work in an agile way, with the right level of engagement and priority that adds value.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills – ensuring the right solution is developed, satisfying the business need whilst leveraging automation and reducing manual effort.
- Business Analysis and/or Lean Six
Sigma certification preferred but not essential. - Ability to travel to all our offices.
