Helpdesk Advisor

HELPDESK ADVISOR ROCHDALE FULL TIME, PERMANENT
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm Fully office based
£26,000 per annum increases with length of service

KPI Recruiting are proud to be working with our long-standing client who are currently looking to recruit an experienced Helpdesk Advisor to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

You will be

  • Acting as first point of contact via telephone and email for assigned clients
  • Providing comprehensive support to clients, identifying issues
  • Keeping clients updated to ensure service levels are maintained
  • Working closely with technical departments to troubleshoot account issues

The successful candidate will have

  • Previous experience working in a helpdesk / office-based customer service role
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to navigate systems
  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
  • Experience in E-commerce software is highly desirable
