The Role: Microsoft Agentic Data Lead – Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS)

The Microsoft Agentic Data Lead is a senior leadership role responsible for defining, leading and growing KPMG UK’s Microsoft Agentic Data capability. This role sits at the intersection of Data, AI, Power Platform and Dynamics 365, with a clear mandate to help clients realise value from the Microsoft platform through modern data foundations and innovative agentic solutions.

The successful candidate will own the end-to-end Microsoft agentic data vision across both Pre-Sales and Delivery, working closely with Business Development, Microsoft field teams and KPMG delivery teams to build a strong pipeline, shape market-leading propositions and ensure high-quality execution.

Responsibilities:

· Define and lead KPMG UK’s Microsoft Agentic Data strategy across data foundations for AI, Power Platform and Dynamics 365.

· Lead and grow the Microsoft Agentic Data team, providing technical direction, coaching and governance across Pre-Sales and Delivery.

· Act as the senior Microsoft data authority across complex client engagements.

· Partner with Business Developers to build and secure a sustainable pipeline of Microsoft data and AI work.

· Lead senior client conversations on data-led AI and agentic transformation using Microsoft technologies.

· Design and oversee end-to-end Microsoft architectures spanning Fabric, Azure data services, D365, Power Platform and Copilot.

· Ensure delivery quality, consistency and scalability across all Microsoft data and agentic engagements.

· Work closely with Microsoft product, engineering and field teams on roadmap, co-sell and innovation initiatives.

· Provide thought leadership on agentic AI, data platforms and responsible AI governance.

Required:

· Extensive experience in Microsoft Data technologies within consulting or large enterprise environments.

· Proven leadership experience in data architecture, technical leadership or capability lead roles.

· Deep expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics and Power BI.

· Exposure to Microsoft Foundry, Fabric Data Agents and Microsoft IQ (including Fabric IQ, Foundry IQ and Work IQ) capabilities.

· Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE/F&O, Power Platform and Microsoft (Agentic) AI solutions.

· Experience operating across both Pre-Sales and Delivery.

· Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills.

· Solid understanding of AI and agentic patterns within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Desirable:

· Experience with Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory and Azure Data Lake.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Purview for data and AI governance.

· Experience working with Microsoft product or field teams.

· Background in regulated or data-intensive industries.
