As our Powered HR practice continues to grow, we are looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Manager / / HR Process Lead with experience configuring ServiceNow HRSD to join our
team.

e doing?
In this Manager-level role, you will be working closely with clients from both HR and systems backgrounds, translating business requirements into technical implementation. You will also be responsible for addressing HR needs by providing technical solutions based on industry leading practices, you will be exp
- ected to:
Develop lasting client relationships and actively build a professio - nal networkTake a Lead role in implementing multiple ServiceNow HRSD applications (e.g. Lifecycle Events), bringing practical insights to client
- engagementsLead client engagements, acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and senior client c
- ounterpartsPlay a leading role in client meetings, facilitating workshops and maximising their p
- roductivityManage and mentor onshore and offshore teams, overseeing design, configuration, and testing to ensure successful
- deploymentCombine knowledge of industry leading practices and ServiceNow capabilities to deliver end-to-en
- d solutionsDrive delivery governance, risk management, and quality assurance across
- engagementsSupport business development, proposals, and pre-sales activities within the ServiceNow HR

Our candidates should have strong commercial acumen, a strong desire to learn and develop, and thrive in a fast-pace

Strong functional understanding of ServiceNow HRSD product and proven experience successfully delivering ServiceNow - HRSD services.Demonstrable knowledge of HR processes and delivering HR transformation projects, leading multiple workstreams and managing
- delivery teamsExperience engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing client
- decision-makingWell-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to
- complex issuesExperience producing proje
- ct deliverablesAwareness of Agile delivery methodologies an
- d market trendsProven ability to lead teams, develop junior members, and contribute to
practice growth

Consultancy background with experience assisting in pre sales and business deve - lopment activities.ServiceNow Certifications (eg. HR Enterprise, Systems Administrator or Impleme
