KRCS is one of the UK's longest-established Apple Authorised Resellers, and we're genuinely passionate about what Apple technology can do for businesses. From our Nottingham headquarters, we work with businesses of all sizes across the country — helping them choose the right Apple devices, manage them properly, and get the most from their investment.

We're growing our commercial sales team, and we're looking for a driven, consultative salesperson who wants to do more than just shift hardware.

The Opportunity

This role is about having meaningful conversations with our business customers.

Many of the SMB customers we work with are running Apple devices without any formal management in place — no MDM, no security policy, no visibility across their estate. They often don't know what they're missing, or why it matters. Your job is to open those conversations: to understand what a business actually needs, and to match them with the right combination of Apple hardware, financing, and services.

You'll be managing and growing relationships with our existing SMB customer base, as well as bringing in new business. Alongside selling Apple hardware, we want you to be actively promoting our BusinessClass Managed Service and our range of Professional Services — services that genuinely transform how our customers manage their Apple estates, and that keep them coming back.

We're also increasingly focused on flexible leasing options (including residual value leasing) as a way to make Apple more accessible and help customers stay on current technology without large upfront capital spend. We'd love someone who can confidently put that conversation on the table.

What You'll Be Selling

Apple hardware — Mac, iPad, and iPhone solutions for businesses of all shapes and sizes.

BusinessClass Rental — flexible leasing with residual value built in, spreading the cost and keeping customers on the latest hardware. A smarter conversation than a one-off sale.

BusinessClass Managed Service — cloud-based Apple device management powered by Jamf Pro. Zero-touch deployment, remote management, security, automatic updates, and a self-service portal for employees. Customers who take this service are better protected, and they stay with us.

Professional Services — practical, outcome-focused services that help businesses get properly set up and supported:

What We're Looking For

You don't need to be an Apple engineer — but you do need to be genuinely curious about technology and comfortable holding a credible conversation about device management, security, and how businesses run. There will be plenty of training in-house to get you up to speed with exactly what our services can offer.

You'll ideally bring:

  • Experience in B2B technology sales, with a consultative rather than transactional approach
  • The ability to build genuine, long-term relationships with business customers
  • Confidence discussing financing and leasing as part of a solution conversation
  • A real interest in Apple — and enthusiasm for sharing that with customers
  • Self-motivation and good habits around CRM, pipeline management, and follow-through
  • Confidence presenting to business owners and IT decision-makers

Bonus points for:

  • Familiarity with MDM platforms (KRCS are a Jamf Elite Partner)
  • Knowledge of Apple Business (formerly Apple Business Manager)
  • Experience selling managed or professional services

Your Day-to-Day

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of SMB accounts, deepening relationships and understanding each customer's Apple estate and future needs
  • Proactively identify and engage new SMB prospects through outbound activity, referrals, and lead follow-up
  • Lead with managed service and professional services in your customer conversations — not just hardware
  • Present leasing and rental options to customers as a standard part of solution proposals
  • Keep CRM records accurate and your pipeline current
  • Work closely with our technical and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and great customer outcomes

Package

  • Base salary of £30,000 plus performance related bonus
  • 22 days' annual leave plus bank holidays

  • Occasional customer visits (full UK driving licence required)
