The Company
KSEYE Group is an established bridging finance company specialising in bridging and short-term lending markets. Following the introduction of AI efficiencies and improved operational performance, the company is now seeking to employ a junior/graduate level developer to work closely with the Head of Operations and support the streamlining and process establishment of the Operations team and wider company.
Job Summary:
As a junior developer for KSEYE, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence by identifying, planning, and executing business process improvements through our systems and bespoke in-house software. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyse, design, and implement changes and implement, where suitable, AI and automation to existing processes and systems.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining AI-driven chatbot scripts to support customer service, broker communication, and internal query automation.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to identify repetitive tasks or workflows that can be streamlined through AI or simple automation scripts.
- Support the enhancement and maintenance of company websites, CRMs, systems and intranet, ensuring accurate content, smooth functionality, and a positive user experience for staff and partners.
- Demonstrate a commitment to quality by applying industry best practices in all development and process improvement activities. Ensure that solutions are robust, secure, and maintainable, with appropriate documentation and testing standards embedded throughout the lifecycle.
- Integrate AI tools and APIs (such as OpenAI, Google AI, or Microsoft Copilot) into existing operational systems to improve efficiency and data handling.
- Assist in LMS maintenance and updates, ensuring clean, structured, and accessible data for both internal systems and reporting tools.
- Participate in the design and development of internal dashboards or reporting tools, improving visibility of key operational metrics for management.
- Contribute to documentation and code stores, following best practices for version control, commenting, and technical standards.
- Work with third-party technology vendors or APIs to support integrations, troubleshoot issues, and test new digital solutions.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies in AI, automation, and web development, suggesting practical ways these can be adopted across the company’s lending operations.
Education & Experience
- Educated to degree level, or equivalent, with an education background in IT, Software, Systems, Artificial Intelligence BSc/Beng or similar.
- Keen interest in the Financial Services, Banking, Lending or similar sector(s).
- A strong and demonstrable understanding of process improvement, change management and/or creating operational efficiencies.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritise effectively to manage several time critical tasks at once.
- Good understanding of software development, coding, integrations, building efficiencies and systems.
