As the business continues to expand, we’re looking for an Operations & Projects Coordinator to join the team and play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations and strategic projects.

The Role
Working closely with the Operations Manager, you’ll provide operational, administrative, and project support across multiple areas of the business. You’ll be responsible for managing data, producing reports, supporting business improvement initiatives, and handling escalated customer enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
This is a varied position where no two days are the same. You’ll need to be highly organised, comfortable working with large volumes of information, and confident adapting to changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Operations Manager with a wide range of operational and administrative tasks
- Producing, analysing, and maintaining reports to support business decision-making
- Managing and manipulating data across various systems and platforms
- Supporting the delivery of business projects and process improvement initiatives
- Investigating and resolving escalated customer enquiries
- Coordinating actions across different departments to ensure smooth project execution
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through technology and automation
- Assisting with documentation, reporting, and operational planning
About You
We’re looking for someone who combines strong organisational skills with a genuine interest in technology, data, and business operations.
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous experience in an operations, administration, project support, or coordination role
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and reporting tools
- Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, reporting, research, or workflow efficiency
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage customer issues professionally
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
