About the Role
We are seeking a high‐performing ICT New Business Sales Consultant to support our growing ICT division across the Midlands region.
You will drive new business sales of ICT and cyber solutions, working with both existing Annodata print clients and brand‐new Kyocera customers.
Working cross‐functionally, you’ll ensure a seamless customer experience while managing your own high‐quality sales pipeline. This role is central to Kyocera’s continued growth in ICT and cyber services.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Present, promote and sell ICT & cyber solutions and services to new prospective clients.
- Use consultative, solution‐based selling to uncover client needs and build outcome‐focused proposals.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation → qualification → negotiation → close.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in Salesforce.com.
- Build and maintain a pipeline at 4× sales target.
- Identify net‐new business opportunities and support cross‐sell and upsell across Kyocera, Annodata and MCL.
- Contribute to marketing campaigns and proposition development.
- Use challenger / strategic selling approaches to overcome objections.
- Collaborate with wider business units to ensure smooth delivery of customer orders.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years’ experience selling ICT or cyber solutions.
- A strong hunter mentality – ambitious, proactive, self‐motivated.
- Proven success in solution‐led, consultative sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship‐building ability with a focus on customer experience.
- Competent with Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Highly organised with strong time‐management skills.
- Ability to deliver compelling proposals and present to senior stakeholders.
