Service Desk Analyst - Fixed Term Contract
Service Desk Third Party Analyst (6 Month FTC)
Hybrid – Reading (3 days per week in office - non-negotiable)
We’re looking for a Service Desk Third Party Analyst to join our ICT Services team on a 6-month fixed term contract. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, supporting third-party services, vendors, and service desk operations.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll act as a central point of coordination between customers, internal teams, and external suppliers, ensuring incidents and requests are managed from start to finish.
Key responsibilities include:
- Logging and managing third-party incidents and service desk tickets end-to-end
- Supporting IT hardware break-fix, mobile, and third-party services
- Working with stakeholders and vendors to keep documentation up to date
- Supporting compliance activities, including due diligence and risk assessments
- Assisting with reporting, metrics, and service performance tracking
- Handling customer queries via phone and email, including billing, faults, and account enquiries
- Coordinating with suppliers for device orders and ensuring processes are followed
- Supporting invoice reconciliation alongside the finance team
- Providing backup support across service desk channels when required
What we’re looking for

You’ll bring:
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- Experience using CRM, ITSM or ticketing systems
- Confidence working with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- A strong customer focus with excellent communication skills
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
