SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our HR Transformation team.

The successful candidate will design, implement and support SAP SuccessFactors solutions, helping organisations modernise and optimise their HR processes.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure modules, provide expertise during deployment, and ensure best practice adoption, delivering tangible value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

· Support end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruitment etc.)

· Conduct requirements workshops and translate business needs into system design and configurations

· Configure SuccessFactors modules according to client requirements and quality standards

· Support data migration, testing (SIT, UAT), training and go-live activities

· Provide post-go-live support and system enhancements

· Produce high-quality documentation including process flows, configuration workbooks, and functional specifications

· Advise clients on SuccessFactors best practices, roadmap and release management

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including integration, reporting, and change management

· Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor

Skills & Experience

Essential:

· Proven experience (typically 2–5+ years) implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors solutions

· Certified in at least one SuccessFactors module

· Strong understanding of HR processes and best practice

· Experience with business analysis, requirements gathering and translating into technical solutions

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· Ability to manage priorities, work independently and in teams, and meet project deadlines

· Experience of working in a consulting environment or delivering projects for external clients

Desirable:

· Additional module certifications (e.g., Employee Central Payroll, Time Off)

· SAP HCM / ECC HR or S/4HANA experience

· Experience with integration technologies (e.g., SAP CPI, Dell Boomi)

· Familiarity with data migration and reporting tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud)

· Understanding of UK HR legislation and compliance requirements

Qualifications

· SAP SuccessFactors certification (minimum one module; multiple preferred)

· Degree or equivalent experience in HR, IT, Business, or related field

Location: Mainly remote (UK & Europe) with customer site visits when required
