As a Sana Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering AI‐enabled learning and knowledge solutions that help organisations unlock the full potential of their people. Working closely with client stakeholders and multidisciplinary delivery teams, you will design and implement solutions that enhance how organisations access knowledge, automate processes, and continuously learn.

This is a highly collaborative and impactful role where you will directly influence how organisations adopt AI-powered ways of working and drive measurable outcomes.

In this role, you will:

• \nWork closely with clients to understand business challenges and design AI-driven learning solutions that meet their needs\n

\n

• \nSupport the end-to-end delivery of Sana engagements, from initial discovery through to implementation and adoption\n

\n

• \nBuild strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders, acting as a bridge between business and technical teams\n

\n

• \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to configure, deploy and optimise solutions that deliver tangible value\n

\n

• \nSupport clients in driving adoption and change, ensuring long-term success and impact\n

\n

• \nContribute to the continuous improvement of delivery approaches, helping shape how Kainos scales AI-enabled learning solutions\n

\n

• \nIdentify opportunities to extend client value and support the growth of long-term customer relationships\n

\n\n

What we’re looking for:

\n

\n
• \nProven experience working with Sana (essential), including implementation, configuration or customer delivery\n

\n

• \nExperience working with Workday (desirable), ideally within a consulting, delivery or customer-facing role\n

\n

• \nA naturally curious mindset, with a passion for learning and emerging technologies, particularly AI\n

\n

• \nStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business challenges into practical solutions\n

\n

• \nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels\n

\n

• \nA collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively across multi-disciplinary teams\n

\n

• \nA focus on delivering high-quality outcomes, balancing client needs and commercial considerations\n

\n

• \nAn adaptable and resilient attitude, comfortable working in dynamic and fast-paced environments\n
