We are looking for a Data & Technology Curriculum Manager to join our team.

In the Data & Technology Curriculum team, we design market-leading, differentiated apprenticeship programmes and commercial courses to facilitate success for every learner. This role is crucial to supporting Kaplan's ambitious growth in Data & Technology Apprenticeships. All curriculum managers teach or have recent teaching experience and use that insight to design programmes that create a seamless and effective journey for our learners.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who may be currently working as a Curriculum Manager, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

What you’ll bring to the role

You will have expertise in the Data & Technology sector, a passion for education, and a clear focus on achieving excellent learner outcomes to drive business growth.

Key attributes include:

• A background in learning, either in the design or delivery of professional Data & Technology education courses.

• Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging learning content and to quality-assure the work of external subject matter experts.

• A strong level of technical literacy across the Data & Technology landscape, with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and hold credible conversations with subject matter experts in areas like Data Analytics, AI, Cyber Security, or Cloud Computing.

• Proven experience in managing relationships with external partners, such as courseware vendors or awarding bodies.

• A strong focus on quality and learner outcomes with an excellent understanding of the apprenticeships we offer.

• A strong commercial mindset, with experience in designing learning programmes that are not only effective but also scalable and commercially viable.

• Passion and enthusiasm for education and a continuous improvement mindset.

• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Excellent communication, planning, and time management skills to manage a busy and varied workload.

• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
