Jeopardy Coordinator
We are working with a leading telecommunications organisation who are looking for a Jeopardy Coordinator to join their team on a 37.5-hour temporary contract. Working hours are 9:00am - 5:00pm and the role offers an hourly rate of £12.62 per hour, with a hybrid pattern. Roles and Responsibilities of the Jeopardy Coordinator:
- Ability to manage your own workload and identify different opportunities.
- Creation of tickets and linking of Child tickets.
- Being reactive to situations that may occur.
- Managing the stakeholder side of different processes.
- Managing inbound communications via the relevant platform.
- Flexible working approach to support the business
- Consistent communication with both internal and external customers, ensuring a quality service is maintained and up to the agreed standards.
- Demonstrable Customer Service experience.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
- Strong administration experience.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
