Learning Facilitator

We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Learning Facilitator to provide temporary sickness cover within a busy Learning Technologies team. This role offers the opportunity to support learners and staff across two local campuses in the Solihull area. The start date for the role is ASAP and is an ongoing assignment, potentially until 19 December 2025. The role isFull-time, 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday), paying £13-13.50 per hour.Key Responsibilities of the Learning Facilitator role:

• Deliver engaging face-to-face onboarding and training sessions
• Support learners and staff in navigating Microsoft 365 applications
• Assist with the use of digital and learning technologies
• Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment
• Communicate effectively with learners aged 16–19 and non-specialist audiences
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning experience

To be considered for the Learning Facilitator role you must be:

• A confident in delivering training and supporting digital learning
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
• Experience in education, training, or digital learning environments
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
• Comfortable working in a busy, open-plan environment
• Willing to travel between two local campuses (one day per week)
